Is there a special service on Labour Day?

On Monday, September 6, Labour Day, a Sunday schedule will operate, so only those routes that normally run on Sunday will be in service.

Is the O-Train back in service?

The O-Train resumed service on Thursday, August 26th.

Why does my bus stop have a new flag with different route numbers?

You may notice changes at your bus stop. We are busy updating information in preparation for our new fall service that starts Sunday, September 5.

The changes will affect many bus stops and will keep us busy throughout August to be ready in time.

Are the Student Semester or Student Annual passes now available?

The Semester Student Pass for post-secondary students are available for a limited time only - from August 16th - September 24th.

Annual Student Passes are available as of August 16th at the OC Transpo Sales and Information Centres.

How did OC Transpo perform in 2009?

The 2009 Annual Performance Report is both a snapshot and a scorecard of how transit services were planned, operated and managed in 2009. Transit performance highlights for 2009 include:

an unprecedented ridership level in the second half of 2009, and highest December ridership ever;
an increase in the percentage of scheduled bus trips placed into service, while operating the largest number of bus trips in over four years;
a steady improvement in on-time performance, with the express routes reaching 83% in the morning against one of the most ambitious targets in the industry; and
an increase in criminal offences acted upon, thanks to smarter than ever security techniques.
